INTRODUCING THE M1 V3: BUILT FOR THE AFRICANRIDER

Alongside the Davido Bike, Spiro is introducing the newM1 V3, a next-generation electric motorcycle focused on the practical needs of African riders.

The M1 V3 has been developed around the realities of everyday riding, with an emphasis on durability, comfort, stability and dependable performance. It reflects Spiro's beliefthat electric mobility must do more than reduce emissions: it must work for the rider, every day.

With Spiro's battery-swapping ecosystem, riders can exchange adepleted battery for a charged one instead of waiting through a conventional charging cycle. This helps reduce downtime and makes electric mobility better suited to riders whose livelihoods depend on staying on the road.

The launch builds on Spiro's established presence in Uganda.

Spiro officially entered the Ugandan market in 2024, launching electric motorcycles and its smart energy ecosystem in Kampalaand beginning the expansion of battery swapping and charging infrastructure.

Spiro has also continued to strengthen its African manufacturingand technology footprint, including the development of local assembly capacity in Uganda. The company's broader strategy is centred on building electric mobility solutions that are increasingly designed, assembled and adapted for African markets.

FROM PRODUCT LAUNCH TO MOBILITY MOVEMENT

The introduction of the Davido Bike and M1 V3 is more thanthe launch of two new motorcycles. It is a statement about where mobility in Uganda is heading toward transportation that is cleaner, more efficient, increasingly connected and builtaround the realities of African cities and riders.

For riders who value reliability and everyday utility, the M1 V3 offers a practical pathway into electric mobility. For consumerslooking for a more distinctive and lifestyle led experience, the Davido Bike brings culture and personal expression into the category.

Together, the two models demonstrate the breadth of Spiro's vision: electric mobility should be accessible to the everyday riderwhile also being exciting enough to inspire the next generation.

A CLEANER WAY TO KEEP UGANDA MOVING

As Uganda and other African markets continue to explore cleaner and more affordable transportation solutions, electric motorcyclesare becoming an increasingly important part of the mobility conversation.

Spiro's model combines electric motorcycles with battery-swapping infrastructure to make clean transportation more convenient for riders. The company's growing African network is designed to support riders with the infrastructure, service and energy ecosystem needed to make the transition to electric mobility practical at scale.

More innovation. More choices. Less fuel. Lesswaiting. More riding. And ultimately, a cleaner way to keep Uganda moving.
