Following the success of the 2021 hybrid edition held during the lockdown, the objectives of the 2nd edition are to promote tourism, cultural exchange, and economic growth in the region, while celebrating the diversity and vibrancy of Ugandan culture. The festival aims to not only entertain but also educate, inspire, and showcase the Tooro region as the leading tourism destination in Africa.
